Let's Make Some Waves with Kate at the Beach

The card I have to share with you today is an image from LeAnn's World101 Digital Stamps by the name of Kate at the Beach.  LeAnn's World101 just happens to be our sponsor over at Crafty Creations Challenges for challenge #388.

I colored the image up with various Copic Markers, layered it onto a beach like piece of patterned paper and added a few sequins.
