A Friendly Greeting

Along with this cute little card I have some exciting news for you today I will be joining the Design Team with Crafty Creations Challenges.  I'm so thrilled.  I look forward to working with these very talented ladies. Thank you Barbara Bruder from Art and Soul Creations.

For my first creation with the Crafty Creations Challenges, is this cute little bird image from Bugaboo Stamps who by the way is our sponsor for challenge #346 over the next two weeks. The winner will receive 4 free images of their choice.  This one is called Bug Bird Trio Summer.

I used various Copic Markers to color the image, then I layered it up with solid colored card stock from my stash.

Added a button with a little twine and topped it off with some Nuvo drops.

Team Birthday Card #5

A Birthday Card for Sheree

Hello there, I have a card to share with you today.  This one is for one of the team co-workers in our department where I work.  As mentioned in previous posts, I create birthday cards for our team members.  This is the fifth card so far this year and I have three more to go.

For this card I decided to use a CC Designs stamp, Little Pixie Popsicle.

This card is a Surprise Pop Up card.  When you pull up on the ribbon, there is a hidden message underneath.  It is adhered to a top fold card base.  On the inside there is an additional image that reads "From all of us".

The patterned paper, button and ribbon are from my stash.

She is colored with Copic markers, which just happens to be my favorite coloring medium.  I added some wink of stella glitter brush pen to her Popsicle and covered it with some glossy accents.  I simply love the way she turned out.

Be Yourself

Be Yourself....

 When I seen this cute little stamp called Trixie from Mo's Digital Pencil, I was reminded of the times I use to play "Dress-Up" with my Mom's fancy dresses, high heels, hats and all her other goodies.

After printing her onto Neenah Solar White Card Stock, I colored her with my Copic Markers.

Skin: E04, 11, 21, 00,000 & 93

Hair:  E42, 43, 44 & 47

Shoes:  N8, 6, 4, 3, 1, & 0

Pinks:  R81, 83 & 85

Yellows: Y19, 17 & 13

Purples, BV04, 02, 01, 00, 000, 0000

The flowers on her dress were stamped with a small accent stamp, the dies, pattern papers and colored CS all are from my stash.

The bow was created using the Craft-Dee BowZ tool and accented with a pearl button.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
