This cute little Kidz Heart from Bugaboo was created for our current Crafty Creations Challenge that we have going on.
When I seen this little image I thought I could put hearts all around her feet as if she were standing in a pool of hearts while holding one really big Valentine Heart. Isn't she just darling.
I colored her with my Copic Markers, inked the edges with distress inks. Cut a bunch of little hearts from white card stock and inked them with the same inks, then glued them all around her feet.
I layered the image with other papers that I had in my stash. Used a word die from my stash added glossy accents to some of the hearts and then to the Love Die.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you like my little creation. Please feel free to hop on over to Crafty Creations Challenges and join in on our challenge. We'd love to see your creations.

Valentine Gift Bags
For my Tuesday project this month over at Craft-Dee BowZ, I did not create a card but something different.
As I mentioned in my last post, I simply love Valentine's Day, and when I seen these bags that Nichol Sphor made last year, I absolutely fell in love with them. Nichol is awesome and I love all of her videos and watch them faithfully. Her ideas and style are right up my alley and she truly inspires me.
So for my Tuesday project for Craft-Dee BowZ I wanted to share these favor bags. It was pretty hard to photograph all the bags together in one photo so I posted a photo of each bag. I hope you do not mind.
I stamped each image from the Mama Elephant's Page Huggers stamp set and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. The dies are really cool because they cut a slit under each critter's paws so they can hold onto to things like this cute little envelope. So the critters are carrying their own little valentine. Such a cute idea.

I made these bags for the girls I call my BFF's There are five of us and 3 of us have been friends since grade school, we met the other two in high school I will most likely share things about them as I contine to blog because we are more than friends we are family to each other, Might I add that it was many moons ago when we met. So we got together to have a girls night out and a PJ party. I wanted to give them a valentine and thought I'd make these favor bags for them and fill them with yummy chocolates.
The first bag is a little bunny.
Then I made a kitty,
Next to the kitty is a mouse. Every cat has to have a mouse right.
Then last but not least is a bear.
I created four little cute bows, two in red and two in white for the bags. Here is a close up of one of the bows.
I created each double loop bow using my Craft-Dee BowZ tool. You can get one for yourself here. They are so easy to use and they make very tiny to pretty big bows. Check out some of our other team members for the awesome bows they make using the tool.
Other supplies I used was the Mama Elephants Favor Bag Die. This bag is the perfect size and I love it. Copic Markers in various colors, card stock from my stash. The heart background stamp is from Impression Obsession. The sentiment is from CC Designs. I love mixing and matching my stamps,
I hope I have not bored you with all the photos, I just wanted to show how cute each image is. And please hop on over to Craft-Dee BowZ and join in on our challenge this month. There is always a lot of inspiration from not just our Team Members but also from each and everyone who joins in on the challenge.. Next up will be Tracy and I am sure she will have something really special to share with you.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope I have inspired you. Have a Happy Valentine's Day tomorrow.

Pretty in Pink
I created this cute little Ballerina for our Crafty
Creations Challenge that we are having.
It is from Kinda Cute Cards by Patricia.
I wanted to incorporate a bit of a Valentine theme and decided
to use my Love die from Simon Says Stamp, along with some pink and black CS and
of course a pink dancing costume.
After printing the image I used various Copic markers from
the RV family. The papers are from my
stash.
I wanted to add a bow on the front of the card. Don't all Ballerina's have a bow somewhere.
I think the black CS really makes the pink pop on this card,
don't you.
Thanks for stopping by.
I hope I have inspired you and you stop over at Crafty CreationsChallenges and join in on our Challenge #358.
As always the theme is Anything Goes and we look forward in seeing what you create.

Happy Birthday Fiona
When
I seen this cute little Hippo image from Beccy's Place, I immediately
knew I wanted to create a card with it.. You see here in Cincinnati,
we have a really sweet little hippo that has her first birthday
coming up. Our hippos Henry and Bibi had a baby January 24, 2017.
She was born pre-mature and only weighed 29 pounds. Most baby hippos
weigh within 55-120 pounds at birth. So the zoo formed a team of
doctors and care takers for this little sweetie which by the way was
named Fiona, they called themselves "Team Fiona". They
took her from her mother because they were afraid her mother would
not be able to give her the care that she so desperately needed and
quite honestly if they would not have stepped in I don't think she
would be with us today. They nursed her 24/7, feeding her special
formula along with her mother's milk. Eventually she was reunited
with her mother and her father. In July she made her first
appearance in Hippo Cove with her mother. Our local news stations
followed her and had weekly stories of her and her progression. My
daughter and I like many other people not only here in Cincinnati,
but all over the world fell in love with Fiona and as of December 18
Fiona was weighing in at 622 pounds.
Sadly
on October 31, our zoo had to make a very tough decision and put
Henry to rest. He became ill earlier and kept loosing weight, our
zoo tried everything and he lost his fight but left behind a
beautiful little girl. You can read all about Fiona here.
Thanks
to Beccy's Place for this perfect image, I believe I am going to send
this Birthday Card to Fiona with signatures of some of her followers
that I work with. What do you think?
I used various Copic Markers, all from the Warm Gray family to color
the image.
I made
a little tutu because I've always imagined Fiona wearing a tutu.
Both bows were made using my handy dandy Craft-Dee BowZ tool which
can be found here.
Thanks
for stopping by my blog today. I hope you have enjoyed my card and
that I have inspired you. Remember to please jump over to Craft-Dee BowZ and join in our this month. As always our theme is Anything Goes with a Handmade Bow.

Kathy

Ben the Penguin
This is Ben the Penguin from Mo's Digital Pencil and I have used this darling penguin to create my card for you today plus it is my turn to post for Craft-Dee BowZ this month.
I decided on a Clean and Simple card for this image and used my Copics to color him up. The pattern papers I have used are from my stash.
My card base is a piece of Kraft CS cut to 12" x 6" and scored at 6". The red piece is cut to 5.75" square, the green pine tree piece is cut to 4.75" square and the piece the penguin was colored on was cut with a die. I popped the colored and the sentiment piece up on foam tape, placed it on the card.
My bow was made using the Craft-Dee BowZ tool, you can purchase one here.
I hope I have inspired you today and you will hop on over to join in for this month's challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ. Our theme as always is Anything Goes with a Handmade Bow.

Believe
Hi there I have a Crafty Creations Challenges Design Team card to share with you today. The image is from Bugaboo and is called Elf 001. I love how this little elf is running around with a string of ornaments like he just isn't sure what to do with them.
I colored my little elf with Copic markers keeping this card clean and simple. Added a little glitter to the trim on his hat, glossy accents to the ornaments and the bells on his shoes and hat.
Layered up a few papers I found in my stash and added the colored image on top of the layers. Then I topped it off with a Simon Says Die - Believe. The die is so cool, it has what is called bubble that fits right behind the word die, giving it more dimension. I stamped the rest of the sentiment with a sentiment in the Believe Stamp Set and popped it up like the die with some foam tape.
Please remember to come join us over at Crafty Creations Challenges #356 for our monthly challenge. As always our theme is Anything Goes. We look forward in you joining in on our challenge and can't wait to see what you have created.
See you next time.

Winter Fox
Hi there I have a Craft-Dee BowZ Design Team card to share with you today. The image is from Cute As a Button Stamps, called Winter Fox. This darling little girls coat reminds me of a coat my daughter had when she was five. However hers was red and not pink. I believe I will make her a card and color the coat in red.
The papers I used were from a 12x12 paper pack that I had purchased a year ago to make photo albums. I colored the image with my go color medium, "Copics". I love my copics.
I added some little flecks of Stampendous Chunky Embossing flakes in white and heated them from the back side of the colored image so they would melt from the back and not fly away.
Different papers were layered together before adding the colored layer. Then added some snow flakes cut from the small Lawn Fawn snowflake dies to embellish. Added a pink bow that I made with my Craft-Dee BowZ tool. Bows have never been so easily made and I never waste any ribbon using the bow tool. You can pick your very own Craft-Dee BowZ tool up here.

Peace on Earth
It's been a little while since I have posted. A lot has been going on, but I do have a card to share with you today. I created these cute little caroling snowmen for my DT project for the November 1, Anything Goes with a Handmade Bow for Craft-Dee BowZ. Our sponsor for the month is Beccy's Place. She has some of the cutest images.
I colored the snowmen with my Copic Markers using various colors. Then I cut them out and placed them on the background piece I created. I added some snow drifts and then I added some BoBunny Sugar Paste to the snow drifts and to the snowmen.
Last but not least I created a bow using my Craft-Dee BowZ Tool maker. This tool is so awesome it makes the perfect bow every time. You can get one of these awesome bow makers here.
I hope you have enjoyed my card today and I really hope I have inspired you.
Please come back and visit again.

Happy Fall
Happy Wednesday and Happy Fall. It's my turn to host the Crafty Creations Challenges this month. This is my first time to host and I am having so much fun. For my card I have chosen this cute little image from Bugaboo, which happens to be our sponsor for Challenge #352. You can find The Happy Fall Trio here.
I stamped the image and then colored it up with my Copic Markers. I simply love my Copics. It is my favorite coloring medium.
I cut a piece of yellow card stock to the size of an A2 card, ran it through my machine using an embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers. Then I layered the colored piece on top of the yellow piece. Finally I adorned the card with several leave sprigs that was cut in about 3 different shades of card stock.
Thanks for joining me today. I hope you have enjoyed my card and that I was able to inspire you. Please remember to hop on over to Crafty Creations Challenges and join-in on our challenge we have going on.

An Owl's Halloween
Hi there, Kathy here and it's my Tuesday to share a card with you. For my card, I decided on another Halloween image. This one is from Whipper Snapper Stamps. It is called Broomstick Owls. I have always loved all the owl stamps out there but have never bought any of them. When I seen these cute little owls I could not resist.
I stamped the image and colored it up with my Copics. I then cut it out and adhered it to a circle that I cut using a circle die. I stamped the sentiment, which is from My Favorite Things on another circle die cut.
I used a white side fold card base, put a green layer and then layered with a yellow and purple piece that I ran through an embossing folder from Taylored Expressions. The bats are made using a die from My Favorite Things.
I used the Craft-Dee BowZ tool kit to make my bow. I love how this bow turned out. I think it is the best bow I have made so far and it was so easy with the bow maker.
I hope I have inspired you and we look forward in having you join us with our monthly Anything Goes with a Handmade Bow Challenge over at Craft-Dee BowZ. We can't wait to see what you create.

Halloween Kitty
I have a card to share with you today for the Craft-Dee BowZ October Anything Goes Challenge. Our sponsor this month is Bugaboo.
Of course for the month of October I had to create a Halloween card. The image I used was created using the Halloween Kitty image. There's just something about Halloween that Screams Black Kitties.
I colored my image using various Copic markers and fussy cut it out. The sentiment and lamp post are both from a retired Halloween Set from My Favorite Things.
The Card Stock and ribbon is from my stash.
The bow was made using the Craft-Dee BowZ bow tool. If you haven't picked up your bow maker, go on over and grab one. You will never regret your purchase. And remember to hop on over to the Craft-Dee BowZ blog and enter a card for our Anything Goes with a Handmade bow challenge this month.
Thanks for stopping by. I do hope I have inspired you today. If you have never looked at any of the Bugaboo images be sure to check them out. They have some really nice images.

Halloween Witch Scene
Hello there, Kathy here for Crafty Creations Challenges. I have chosen this cute little witch scene from Bugaboo Stamps who just happens to be our sponsor for Challenge #350.
When I seen this image, I knew I wanted to create a night scene. First I took a piece of water color paper and masked off a large circle for the moon. I inked the background using Tim Holtz Distress inks, in Stormy Sky, Faded Jeans and Black Soot. Then I cut a a hillside using the Stitched Hillside border and grassy border from Lawn Fawn. I inked them up with Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Forest Moss and Black Soot. Then I distressed each piece with the Distress Spray Bottle. Once I finished distressing the background and ground, I watered down the moon and added some Antique Linen, Squeezed Lemonade and very water downed Black Soot to create my moon.

After creating the background I colored the images with various Copic markers. Then I did some fuzzy cutting. Yes that's right I cut each piece out. I DO NOT LIKE FUSSY CUTTING. In fact I hate it, but I knew what I wanted and how I wanted my scene to look so I just decided to do it and really it wasn't that bad at all.
I embellished the windows with Wink of Stella and added some Black Glaze Pen to the eyes and the fence trim under the window on the house.
I glued the hillside border down then I glued the house and witch down. After adding all the images I popped up the grassy border right in front of the fence she is sitting on.
I really like the way this turned out and I hope you do too. I love fall and Halloween.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you come on over to Crafty Creations Challenges and join in on Challenge 350. We would love to have you play along with us.
Hugs,
Kathy
You're tea-riffic
I am so pleased to be Guest Designing for 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store. Kelly has some really cool stuff to choose from.
I am using this adorable little stamp from LDRS's Polka Doodles, called TeaRiffic. Isn't she as cute as she can be with her little tea pot on her tray. The quality in these stamps are wonderful.
I stamped the image onto Copic Blending Card. Then colored her using my copic markers.
After coloring her I cut the image out using an oval die. I added some color using distress inks onto the chipboard tea pot and cups from Wycinanka in Kelly's store. Then I started layering onto a 6x6 card base, some of the gorgeous Tea Party papers from LRDS. Added some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers from Kelly.
Once everything was layered, I added a little Wink of Stella for sparkle and some texture paste for texture.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope I inspired you. Go on over and join in at the 7 Kids Crafting Store challenge. Visit the store while you are there. Kelly really has so much awesome stuff to choose from and her Customer Service is out of this world.
Thanks Kelly for allowing me to Guest Design this month, I had a blast.

All Dressed up...
Hi there, I have a Halloween card to share with you today. I created this card for the September monthly Challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ. As always the theme is Anything Goes with a Handmade Bow.
I decided on this cute little image from Northwoods Stamps. It is called Sassy Halloween Legs. I love witch boots and their skinny legs. So when I seen this little stamp I just had to grab it.
Then I had some Halloween ribbon in my stash that I bought last year from Michael's Craft Stores. I did not have very much, so I had to make a small bow. Using my Craft-Dee BowZ tool, I was able to make the perfect size bow. If you have not gotten yourself one of these awesome bow makers you really should. They are so awesome. You can find one here.
Thanks for stopping by today. I really hope I have inspired you. Please don't hesitate to come on over and join in with us for our Monthly Challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ.
Hugs,
Kathy

I colored the image up with my Copic Markers. After I was finished, I just felt like it needed a little something else, so I added some Nuvo Crystal drops, but I think I may have added way too many.
I also added some other embellishments like Stickles Diamond Dust and some glitter I acquired from Stampin Up.
