The card I have to share with you today is an image from Morgan's Art World Digital Stamps by the name of Fairy Wishes. Morgan's Art World just happens to be our sponsor over at Crafty Creations Challenges for the month of February.
I colored the image up with various Copic Markers, then I layered up some design papers onto a 6x6 card base then popped the image up on foam tape for dimension.
